What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule your listing video up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time at no additional cost. Within the 24 hours leading up to filming, rescheduling will carry a fee of 15% of the total contracted service amount.
If you need to reschedule, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the full property address and “I need to reschedule” in the SUBJECT LINE of the email. Someone from our team will contact you ASAP to coordinate a new date and time.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your listing video shoot, Orbit Listing will provide a full refund.
*PLEASE NOTE A full refund can only be provided if the request is made prior to 24 hours before your scheduled shoot time. A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment should cancelation take place within the 24 hours leading up to your scheduled shoot time.
What if there is inclement weather?
Orbit Listing will still film the interior of the home regardless of inclement weather. The exterior drone videography will be rescheduled for the next available time from the scheduled shoot day.
*For the drone videography, if there are high wind conditions (exceeding 30 MPH) the drone will not be able to fly and will be rescheduled for the next available time from the scheduled shoot day.
What if the FAA does not allow a drone to fly at the listing address?
If the property is located too close to an airport, hospital, government buildings, etc., we will not be able to fly the drone. If this occurs, a $100 refund will be provided to you. This should be visible on your credit card account within 72 hours of cancellation depending on your credit card/bank.
Where does Orbit Listing currently service?
Orbit Listing is currently servicing the following North Central Colorado Counties – Denver, Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, Douglas, Adams (western half), Arapahoe (western half).
Please reference our map HERE, to make sure the property is within our service area. If you have a property listing outside of this service area, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
What if my property listing address is outside the service area?
Orbit Listing is happy to accommodate our customers by offering an extended service range (within a 2 hour drive from Denver, CO city center).
Simply email email@example.com and include the full property address and write
“outside of service area” in the SUBJECT LINE of the email. Someone from our team will contact you ASAP discuss options. This will include additional costs for mileage and travel time for our video team member.
What happens next after I fill out the form and process payment?
Once you complete the order form, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the details of your shoot and paid receipt for your records.
How do I receive my video/photo files?
Video and photo files will be received via an emailed link along with instructions for how to download. Additionally we will provide some tips for how to share/post/embed your video.
Who do I call if there’s something that requires Orbit Listing’s attention while we are on site?
Please call us at 720.707.9048. If this is an urgent matter we recommend sending a TEXT to the same number (720.707.9048) stating “immediate attention is required” followed by the full property address and your full name.
